1. Introduction

Welcome to Kurusa Labs. By accessing our website (kurusalabs.in) or engaging us for our high-performance web development and design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Services & Scope

Kurusa Labs provides professional web design, frontend/backend development, digital strategy, and scalable web application solutions. The specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements for any project will be clearly defined in a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice agreed upon by both parties before development commences.

3. Payments & Ownership

  • Payment Structure: We typically require a 50% advance deposit to schedule and commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before the final code handover or deployment.
  • Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you (the Client) obtain full ownership of the final code, visual assets, and delivered product. Kurusa Labs retains the right to display the final work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
  • Third-Party Assets: Any third-party software, plugins, or stock assets used in the project remain subject to their respective original licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we meet our fast build times and quality standards, you agree to provide necessary text, images, brand assets, and feedback within the timelines discussed. Significant delays in providing required materials or feedback may result in project rescheduling and revised delivery dates.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Our pricing packages include a set number of revision rounds (e.g., 1 round for Starter, 3 rounds for Business). Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We require written sign-off at key milestones to proceed to the next phase of development.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kurusa Labs adheres to industry-standard best practices to deliver secure, high-performance digital products. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss due to third-party hosting failures, server outages, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
