2. Services & Scope

Kurusa Labs provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. The specific deliverables for any project will be defined in a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or Invoice agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Payments & Ownership

Payment Structure: We typically require a 50% advance to schedule work, with the remaining 50% due before final handover.
Ownership: Upon full payment, you (the Client) own the final code and visual assets. Kurusa Labs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, you agree to provide text, images, and feedback within the timelines discussed. Significant delays in feedback may result in project rescheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kurusa Labs works with industry-standard best practices. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss due to third-party hosting failures, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)

Any disputes related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
